So I was invited a few weeks ago by a friend to join her on the Just Fab website where for approximately $40 you get a “personal” selection of shoes, handbags, and sunglasses. Being a shoe and handbag fanatic I couldn’t resist. After the remedial photo “which style do you like” survey to distinguish  your style it gives  you an 50% discount on your first order while you wait for your selection of shoes & handbags. Now anyone who knows as women our shoes can cost an arm and a leg especially for sexy heels or statement accessories. So half off $19.97 to be exact… No tax or shipping costs… Too good to be true right?  YES!!!!

After going through ALL of  the shoes and handbags that are available for May I found these cute flat sandals named “Jackson”….  For $19.97  I’m too excited. I go through the credit card process and receive my “order confirmation” email…. Letting me know:

Thanks, your JustFabulous selection has been submitted. Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days and should arrive at their destination within 4-7 business days.

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so that you can track the status of your shipment. You will also find your order details and tracking information in the My Order History section in your Boutique.

This all took place May 15, 2011… Its May 23rd and I still haven’t received that email or the shoes. So I call my bank and as suspected the charge went through. I call JustFabulous and they say my card was declined…. Really? After speaking with the first rep from the website she tells me to call my bank and have the charge reversed. Then call back and they will recharge my card BUT they can’t give me the 50% off that was originally promised, “we can only give you 25% off now and then in 2 days when we get ready to ship the shoes we’ll refund the other 25% to your account.” Um, am I the only person who believes that seems backwards? Why can you only give 25% off at a time? After speaking to 2 other representatives I get Ms. Meeka (sp) who completely agreed that its backwards. She also stated that her hands are tied and I’d have to wait for a supervisor to call me back. Which I believe won’t happen. So as of today…
