Almond milk- contains high doses of vitamin E which helps to smooth and soften thick textured skin. Almonds are extremely rich in magnesium, potassium and copper. They are also very high in vitamin E, selenium, calcium, and anti-oxidants.
Green tea– drinking 3 cups of green tea a day may reduce acne breakouts. Green tea is packed with natural antioxidants that help to promote healthier youthful skin due to the skin cell regenerating properties harvested inside of the leaves.
Kiwi juice -contains high amounts of concentrated vitamin C. The vitamins and minerals contained inside of kiwis help to gently lift dead skin cells and shrink large pores. The vitamin C from kiwis also helps to produce large amounts of collagen which is need to decrease the signs of aging by causing the skin to naturally tighten.
