Fall colors for your closet

Well, it’s that time again! Take out those sturdy storage bins and stash away those summer clothes because fall is quickly approaching.

This year fall fashion is bringing some intense play on color, and the DELUX crew is screaming, “Bring it on!”

For all those fashion lovers and trendsetters, here are 3 colors you should have on your radar this fall:

Moss green

Really almost all shades of green are in for this fall, but this moss green is somewhat the signature shade this season. You’ll find mostly military style clothing in this color-from double-breasted coats to long, tailored pants.

Some complementary colors would be of course, black, but any shade of beige or cream-colored items as well. The color really looks great in velvet material, and please don’t forget to add the animal print! Cheetah print scarves add just the right amount of perfection to the look.

Gold

Gold is such a classis color that probably will never go out-of-style. However, this year’s focus seems to be finding a bold, gold-patterned statement piece. I must say, when the look is paired right, IT’S FIERCE!

Step out in style with a pair of gold-accented stilettos or platforms and an all-black clutch then you’re ready for the night. If you’re really a risk-taker, try rocking the same pattern from head-to-toe like the fashionista Beyonce has done occasionally.

Winter white

Yes, the title says ‘winter white’ and it’s fall, but there’s nothing wrong with getting a head start.  Rock this ice-cold color for work in a turtleneck or fashionable coat.

If all else fails, throw on a fitted, winter-white dress with knee-high boots and hit the town. The pureness of the color really mellows out the overall look and balances your closet.
