As timeless as uber-designer Philippe Starck‘s latest designs are, ironically they are for timepieces by FOSSIL. The three designs from the hugely popular Philippe Starck x FOSSIL collaboration are the perfect embodiments of Starck’s philosophy in design, to create something of intelligence and invisibility. With dual time, alarm, date, chronograph, time, and a electroluminescent backlight, all the information you will ever need are readily available on your wrist. But by streamlined the case and lighten the strap, the timepiece is barely noticeable, thus meeting both tenets of Starck’s beliefs. The same applications are found on two other designs of the series, with exception of different constructs and materials. The new Philippe Starck x FOSSIL Watches will be available in the coming months at FOSSIL retail outlets around the world.
